When you're on the phone to them it feels like you're doing them a favour by buying their cake. Cakes taste good though.

Hiring kids may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. I am assuming this business relies on the franchise name to stay afloat because the service from the young staff has been enough to keep this customer away
